A session is typically 40 minutes or more. We use a variety of acoustic instruments on and around your body to help restore it's natural vibration, which allows it to heal. Sessions may include: Tibetan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Drums & Rhythm instruments, Voice. No experience necessary. Each session is designed to enhance to your comfort level & to help facilitate your wellness journey.
Mantras are a an ancient practice to help calm the mind and soul. Chanting for even 10 mins can help reduce anxiety and depression and help to quiet the mind, and refresh the spirit! No experience necessary.
